This sauce is made from smoked habanero peppers, smoked serrano peppers, smoked jalapeño peppers, bhut jalokia peppers, (ghost chillies), smoked tomatillos, smoked onions, green onions, cilantro, and spices a plenty to makes this sauce heat right up.  Very hot and delicious.
