OUR STORY

We started out making hot sauce for a fundraiser and it did really well.  Ten years later and an additional 6 sauces and we are still here today.

​

We buy all of our supplies from small Arizona businesses, so we are local and support the local economy.  Even the mesquite wood is collected locally.  When our monsoons hit, trees fall, we gather up the wood, to smoke all our vegetable over.

Each sauce we make are distinctly different, yet they all have similarities.  They are complex and aromatic, used by themselves, or in cooking.
